Privacy policy

Tyme 2 Shine Professionals LLC ("Tyme 2 Shine", "we") provides commercial cleaning services in Las Vegas, Henderson and North Las Vegas. This policy explains what information our website and app (tyme2shinelv.com and the Tyme 2 Shine mobile app) collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Contact details you give us when you request a walk-through, book a service or apply for a job: name, company, email, phone number, facility address and your message.
• Job applications: the answers on our application form, such as availability, experience and work eligibility.
• Account information for clients and staff: name, email, phone, role and a securely hashed password (we never store your password itself).
• Service records: cleaning schedules, checklists, requests, contracts you sign (with the time, name and IP address of the signature) and invoices.
• Staff time records: clock-in and clock-out times for visits.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. Card and bank details go directly to Stripe; we do not see or store them. See Stripe's privacy policy.
• Technical data needed to run the site securely, such as a sign-in cookie and your IP address for spam and abuse protection. We don't use advertising trackers, and the app doesn't track your location.

How we use it

• To provide, schedule and document our cleaning services.
• To send service emails such as booking confirmations, invoices, receipts and password resets.
• To review job applications and contact applicants.
• To keep accounts and payments secure and prevent fraud.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business (website hosting, database, email delivery and Stripe for payments), who may use it only to provide those services, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep service and billing records for as long as needed to serve you and meet tax and legal requirements. Job applications that don't lead to a hire are deleted when no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or close your account, by emailing t2sprofessionals@yahoo.com or calling (702) 640-6168. Some records (such as signed contracts and paid invoices) may need to be kept for legal reasons.

Children

Our services, website and app are for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
